The Qur’an actively calls for finding common ground and the common ground is substantial.
Revelation and Scripture: Belief in divine revelation through sacred texts (Bible and Qur’an) and angels.
Moral values: Shared emphasis on prayer, fasting, charity, justice, honesty, family sanctity, and compassion.
Prophets: Love for many prophets including Abraham, Moses, and especially Jesus and Mary.
- Afterlife: Belief in the Day of Judgment, Heaven, and Hell.The Qur’an explicitly calls for common ground: “O People of the Scripture, come to a word common between us and you: that we worship none but God” (3:64). Prophetic traditions also

- Moral Code: Calls to justice, charity, and piety are addressed to all humanity.The Qur’anic framework is one of dignified dialogue (Qur’an 29:46) and cooperation in pursuing righteousness.
